Job Description :
- Support the Sales Department in carrying out day to day administrative duties
- Maintain an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents.
- Prepare sales order reports and other documentation as requested by the internal sales team
Requirement :
At least 1 year of relevant experience in adminPreferred Diploma holder or minimum GCE ‘O’ level.Proficient in MS Office applicationsThe ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, able to multi-task and work independently.Working Hours : 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (8.45 am – 5.40 pm), Sat (8.45am - 12.45 pm)We ONLY accept the application through mycareersfuture.
