Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage international trade of commodities and daily operations by ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and Singapore laws
• Overseeing the overall business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, scalability, and productivity across all departments.
• Managing senior leadership and departmental heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Leading the company's financial management, including optimal resource allocation, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop a new business of trading and project in line with HQ’s strategy
• Manage a group of offices in Southeast Asia, South Asia and South Pacific regions in both corporate banking and treasury matters
• Oversee the company’s and regional offices’ financial performance, investments, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and other business ventures
• Oversee office daily general administration
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies and comprehensive plans to achieve long term goals for Southeast Asia, South Asia and South Pacific
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in guiding cross-border teams with the company and Southeast Asia regional offices and achieving growth targets.
• Supervise hiring, retention, training, and succession planning to ensure a high-performing workforce
• Provide leadership and guidance to managers and senior executives, motivating them to meet and exceed goals.
