Legal Counsel

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates
