We are seeking a proactive, professional, and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to provide corporate and commercial legal support. If you enjoy advising on contracts, compliance, and governance while collaborating with stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you!

Position : Legal Counsel

Location : North Region, Singapore

Employment Type : Full Time

Working Hours : Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates
