Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable experienced Plumbing and Sanitary Ware Technician with relevant experience in the HDB / BTO industry. The successful candidate will join our team to provide professional after-sales service for our projects.

Requirements :

✅ Industry Experience : Must have hands-on experience in plumbing and sanitary ware works, specifically within the HDB / BTO project environment.

✅ Problem Solver : Capable of independently diagnosing and resolving site-related issues.

✅ Communication Skills : Must be able to communicate in basic English to liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.

✅ Friendly & Polite : A pleasant attitude, good communication skills, and professionalism are essential.

Job Responsibilities :

Attend to after-sales service calls and perform necessary rectifications on-site

Coordinate and follow up with project teams and site supervisors

Carry out testing, troubleshooting, and minor repair works when required

Ensure that all work meets quality standards and customer satisfaction.
