Job Responsibilities
- Develop work plans, assign clear responsibilities, and support staff in achieving targets while enhancing their technical and sales skills.
- Analyze customer needs, set clear service goals and standards, and lead by example.
- Regularly monitor customer acquisition progress and market competition trends, conduct analysis, and formulate effective strategies.
- Implement a fair, reasonable, and effective system of rewards and penalties; foster teamwork and maintain good discipline among staff.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
- Conduct regular staff training to improve service quality and communication skills.
- Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements
Presentable appearance, professional demeanor, with both authority and approachability.Proven experience in managing beauty / wellness operations.Responsible, dedicated, and committed to excellence.Strong professional skills with knowledge of beauty industry operations and business models.Prior beauty salon / spa management experience preferred.Able to communicate in Chinese; must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (Malaysian) (Female candidates only).Qualifications
At least 2 years of store / centre management experience with solid professional knowledge.Strong professional ethics, with experience in promotions and staff training.Team-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and stress-management skills.Honest, responsible, empathetic, and highly effective in execution.Tell employers what skills you have
