Job descriptionPreparation of Quotation for spare parts Process customer purchase orders & preparation of shipping documents Obtaining COO from government agencies Point of contact with customers to provide update on their orders, delivery issue etc Preparation of regular sales report for management and summarising KPI & trends At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support or Customer Service Experience with manufacturing environment is a plus Experience with SAP is a plus Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts & clients
Roles & Responsibilities
- $3,000 to $3,700 Basic + Phone Allowance + Variable Bonuses
- Reputable company in Manufacturing
- Monday to Friday
- Working location : Woodlands
