Legal Counsel, APAC - Shipping / Maritime (5-8PQE)

Our client is a Market leader in the Shipping Industry in

Singapore and they are now seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to

join their team in Singapore.

The

Role

Advising on legal issues related

to shipping operations, charterparties, and contracts

Supporting treasury and financing arrangements across

multiple group entities

Liaising with external

counsel and internal stakeholders across commercial, finance, and

operations teams

Helping the business navigate

cross-border regulatory, compliance, and transactional

matters

To

Qualify

Candidate must possess at

least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional

Degree, Law or equivalent

At least 6 year(s)

of working experience in the related field is required for this

position.

Preferably Managers specializing in

Law / Legal Services or equivalent.
