Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Management : Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw materials to finished products, to ensure efficiency.
• Inventory Control : Manage and update inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and that products are accounted for.
• Order Management : Coordinate the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, from packing to shipment and delivery.
• Transportation Coordination : Arrange and monitor the movement of goods, including domestic and international shipments, and select optimal routes and transport methods.
• Supplier and Customer Relations : Liaise with suppliers to address logistical concerns, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with customers regarding shipment status.
• Documentation and Compliance : Manage logistics-related paperwork and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and customs procedures.
• Process Optimization : Analyze logistics processes to identify areas for improvement, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
• Data Analysis : Use logistics software to track shipments, analyze data to identify inefficiencies, and generate reports on logistics performance.
