Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end education technology projects, including needs analysis, solution design, implementation, and delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor and analyse Singapore’s education sector trends (MOE, schools, training institutions) to identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and industry partners.
• Support the technical sales team in product demonstrations, solution presentations, and preparation of tender documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to align project delivery with business objectives.
• Handle bilingual (English & Chinese) business communications, document writing, and meeting facilitation.
