Roles & Responsibilities

• Site Supervision, inspection and verify project accomplishment
• Participating in office and side meetings
• Responsible for planning schedules, conducting and coordinating the technical aspects of the projects.
• Review contract / tender drawing details vs. construction and shop drawings and coordinate with the consultants and sub contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Preparation of Quotation.
• Preparation of shop drawings.
• Preparation of Weekly amd monthly Projects Status Reports
• Taking off quantities for pre-tender and post tender
• Preparation of detailed estimates and bill of quantity for project cost
• Taking off actual quantities for ordering to procurement
• Prepare and issue Purchase Order to supplier and subcontractors
• Providing the progress claims and progress payments
• Elavaluation and reconciliation of Variation Order
• Checking Bill of Sub-Contructors
• Prepare and approve contractor's claims
• Prepare others documents needed by project team.
• Others tasks required by management.
