Candidates are responsible for thefollowing duties :
- Overall responsible for the smooth operations of therestaurant and efficiently to achieve sales target and enforce onHDC standards
- Solicit customer feedback tounderstand the needs and wants of customers
- Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remainwithin budget
- Achieving sales targets andensuring profitability of the outlet
- Conductstock count and receiving for food & beverage, packaging andall other stocks
- Provide training and coachingto staff assess performance
- Involved in thevarious station works and the maintenance of therestaurant
