Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily transport operations, including fleet scheduling, driver management, and route planning.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Prepare operational reports, track performance, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
• Support the Operations Manager in administrative and project tasks.

Requirement Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field preferred.
