Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain ISO Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), including audits, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with external auditors, safety teams, and consultants to ensure compliance with certifications and regulations.
• Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and site patrols to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Support project teams through construction studies, quality control reviews, and compliance with codes of practice.
• Handle BCA license registration / renewals and maintain company standards, codes, and profiles.
• Organize and monitor staff training for safety, BCA certifications, and core trade requirements.
• Maintain customer and vendor listings in line with QMS.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on ISO, QC, and training matters.
• Oversee calibration, safekeeping, and issuance of measuring / testing instruments.
• Provide administrative and ad hoc support to management and project teams.
