We are looking for a Part-Time HR Generalist to join our team and support a wide range of HR functions. This role is ideal for someone with solid HR experience who wants flexible working hours while contributing to meaningful HR projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end HR processes : onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., EmploymentHero, Carbonate, etc.).
Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
Support HR audits and risk assessments.
Collate and verify monthly payroll data.
Assist with employee benefits administration (leave, insurance, claims, reimbursements).
Support performance management processes (KPI tracking, review cycles, feedback sessions).
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with clients on hiring needs and candidate communications.
Provide day-to-day HR advisory to internal and client-facing teams.
Assist consultants on HR-as-a-Service (HaaS) projects and client deliverables.
