Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a few companies’ full sets of accounts.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
• Manage cash flows and co-ordinate capital calls, distributions, management fee calculations, and quarterly financial statements.
• Involve in quarterly forecast and annual budget exercise.
• Work closely with the investment team to prepare accurate portfolio reporting for portfolio companies.
• Assist to prepare investor reports, coordinating with investor relations and other business units as needed.
• Co-ordinate with auditors and tax agents.
