Roles & Responsibilities

• (This is a 20% technical, 40% people management & 40% coordination / project management role )
• Lead and manage a team of Fleet Engineering Specialists in maintenance and repair of marine craft machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations on daily deployment, repair, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, docking projects, inventory management, and documentation of assets and spares.
• Drive fleet innovation, newbuild projects, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Mentor and develop the engineering team, ensuring performance, discipline, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with managers to create a positive work environment and ensure operational excellence.
