About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Manager with deep expertise in .NET (6 and above) and React to lead our engineering teams in building scalable, high-performance applications. This is both a technical and leadership role, where you will drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery excellence across a modern full stack environment.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver innovative, secure, and customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with proven experience managing high-performing distributed teams in fast-paced environments such as fintech, trading platforms, or technology-driven companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow full stack engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Provide technical leadership in .NET 6+ backend development and React-based frontend development.
• Oversee end-to-end system design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality, customer-facing features.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices including TDD, CI / CD, code reviews, and secure coding standards.
• Partner with architects and senior engineers to evolve the technical roadmap and align with business strategy.
• Balance hands-on involvement with leadership, stepping in to guide complex problem solving when necessary.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high quality and reliability.
