Roles & Responsibilities

Duration : 3 months (Extendable)

Location : Orchard

Working Hours : Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities :

• Category Strategy & Execution : Support the Asia Merchandising Director in developing and implementing category strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing regional needs.
• Global Brand Management : Collaborate closely with global brands to ensure smooth operational execution across Asia, addressing logistical or market-specific challenges.
• Incubation Brand Sourcing : Assist in the sourcing, evaluation, and incubation of emerging Asian beauty brands (e.g., C-beauty, K-beauty) to enhance product assortment and drive innovation.
• Merchandising Fund Management : Support in maintaining oversight of the merchandising budget, ensuring responsible allocation and tracking of investments in key brands.
• Business Analytics : Work with the Merchandising Analytics team to analyze category performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Strategic Business Support : Assist in preparing for key global strategic meetings, including data analysis, presentation preparation, and development of insights.
• Product Development & Calendar : Contribute to the development of the Asia product development and animation calendar, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
