Regional Sales Manager (iKLAS Electronic Key Management Systems)

überGARD is a Singapore-headquartered manufacturer specialising in iKLAS Electronic Key Management Systems (EKMS) used by integrated resorts, airports, hospitals, banks, government agencies, and enterprises across the globe. We are expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across key markets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive revenue growth for iKLAS EKMS across assigned countries.
• Build and manage strong relationships with end-customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
• Lead solutions presentations, product demos, and tender support for business opportunities.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for assigned industry segments.
• Grow and manage key accounts including multinational clients, government agencies, and large enterprises.
• Provide market insights on competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams for project delivery.
• Represent überGARD at trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events.
