We’re hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and account growth across Southeast Asia for our client. You’ll represent a global brand that supplies advanced processing machinery to manufacturers, helping them efficiently transform raw materials into high-value finished or semi‑finished products.
This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in technical sales, understands manufacturing operations, and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Deliver technical consultative sales, translating customer needs into compelling equipment solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, tradeshows, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand market reach.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or diploma in Engineering, or hands‑on experience in manufacturing / processing operations.Proven track record in sales, business development and / or account management within one or more target industries.Strong technical aptitude and ability to offer consultative sales.Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently across diverse markets.Willingness to travel across Asia.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume for consideration.
