Sales Manager (Regional / Semicon Manufacturing)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within semiconductor manufacturing customers in the region.
• Manage the full sales process for high‑value technology systems, including customer engagement, solution positioning, and contract closure.
• Work closely with engineering, service, and applications teams to support on‑site evaluations, system demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate customer qualification activities, including pre‑shipment testing and post‑installation acceptance activities.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers across engineering, operations, procurement, and management within major manufacturing facilities.
• Monitor regional market trends, investment cycles, and customer roadmaps to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and effective issue resolution.
