Responsibilities :

Provide expert consultation to customers on eyewear

products, including spectacles, frames, and lenses, to meet their

vision and style needs.

Deliver exceptional

customer service to create a welcoming and positive shopping

experience.

Oversee daily store operations,

ensuring effective inventory management and product

availability.

Act as a Brand Ambassador,

upholding and promoting the company's image, values, and

standards.

Consistently meet or exceed

personal sales targets (KPIs) while supporting the store in

achieving overall sales goals.

Perform

cashiering responsibilities, including processing various in-store

payments and handling transactions accurately.

Stay informed on the latest product knowledge, trends,

and brand offerings, while complying with all company standard

operating procedures

(SOPs).

Job

Requirements : Prior

experience in retail or customer-facing roles is

preferred

Good communication skills and

positive attitude

Able to work independently

and in a team

Comfortable with long hours,

weekends, and public

holidays
