We are looking for experienced Banking Operations Assistant Manager with 6–8 years in wholesale loans and treasury products. Skilled in fund and structured finance, SWIFT operations, regulatory reporting, and internal controls. Strong coordination abilities to support product implementation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new market products, projects, and initiatives, including drafting and maintaining policies, procedures, and Operations Procedure Manuals.
• Prepare regular reports for Management, Head Office, and regulatory bodies such as MAS.
• Handle internal control responsibilities, including policy / manual updates, audit coordination, BCP (Business Continuity Plan) management, and compliance with evolving regulations.
• Review and prepare SWIFT messages; manage and maintain the SWIFT system.
• Execute a wide range of wholesale loan transactions, including fund finance, structured and corporate finance, SBLC / LC, and other corporate loan products.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Fund Finance, Compliance, and Risk to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as required.
