• Follow Up and Negotiate

on contract

• Review Terms and Conditions of

Contract from client

• Prepare, Submit and

Follow Up on Progress Claim, Tax Invoice and Payment

Collection

• Closing of Project Account upon

Project Completion

• Reporting to Senior QS /

Directors

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quantity

Surveying or Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent from a

recognized university

• At least 2 Year (s) of

working experience with strong knowledge of Local Construction

Practices

• Effective Communication Skills and

Enjoy Interacting with people at all levels

Meticulous, an eye for Details and Sensitive to Figures /

Numbers

• Positive Attitudes / Drive for Result

and Willing to Learn
