Education Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve Group is seeking a motivated and student focused Corporate Services, Education Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will provide personalized academic guidance and admissions support to students and parents navigating Singapore’s education system and / or planning to study abroad. You will also represent the agency at local events, manage client relationships, explore new business opportunities, and contribute to the agency’s growth and visibility in the education consulting space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency’s client base
• Develop partnerships with schools, tuition centers, corporates, and community organizations
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Guide clients on suitable education pathways within Singapore (MOE schools, international schools, junior colleges, polytechnics, ITE, universities)
• Assist and advice on school applications, entrance test prep, and documentation
• Provide information on tuition fees, scholarships and support students with international university applications (UCAS, Common App, etc.)
• Assist and liaise with institutions and embassies on student visa applications and supporting documents
• Conduct in-person or virtual consultations with students and families
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely follow-up
• Keep accurate and confidential records of all client interactions using CRM systems
• Attend networking events and educational expos to promote the agency’s services
• Collaborate with marketing and management to develop and execute outreach campaigns
