Roles & Responsibilities

• To Supervise our road construction teams in coordination with the Site Supervisors.
• To manage all paper works related to the construction works with keen knowledge.
• To analyse and study site drawings.
• To maintain the safe work procedures, risk assessment, and all safety documents as well as safety measures on-site among the team.
• To set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
• To motivate employees by resolving issues and making sound decisions among team.
• To able to work both during day / night jobs with flexible hours, including sometimes PH / Sundays.
• Available for work 24 x 7.
• MUST have experience with NCE application, As-built drawings, TCP, SP Claim submission, Shoring Plan, PE design, Steel plate decking design, Gas pipe / water pipe projects, 22Kv / 66Kv / 230Kv / 400Kv cable, Telcom projects.
• MUST possess PSM, BCSS, RES, CSCPM with autocad knowledge, well versed MS Office skills.
