Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Planning : Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, from project inception to completion.
- Site Supervision : Oversee all on-site activities, direct workers and subcontractors, and monitor the quality of work.
- Budget Management : Create and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs to stay within financial guidelines.
- Quality & Safety : Ensure all construction complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards through inspections and audits.
- Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties, providing regular updates on project status and resolving issues.
- Resource Management : Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, and allocate personnel to meet project demands.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, project documentation, change orders, and financial reports.
