Create and oversee engaging beauty-related content (short
videos, tutorials, lifestyle visuals, campaigns) that resonate with
target audiences.
Ensure brand consistency
across all digital touchpoints, including website, social media,
and e-commerce
platforms.
Social
Media & Influencer Marketing
Drive growth and engagement across key platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
Identify and collaborate with beauty KOLs / KOCs to
strengthen brand visibility and product
adoption.
Performance
& Growth Marketing
Plan and manage paid media campaigns to boost traffic,
conversion, and customer acquisition.
Analyze
campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies to
improve ROI.
Market
Trends & Consumer Insights
Monitor beauty industry trends and consumer behavior to
adjust digital marketing tactics.
Conduct
competitor benchmarking to maintain a strong market
positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,
or related field.

Hands-on experience with
beauty-related content creation and storytelling.
Familiar with digital tools such as Google Analytics,
