- 9-month contract
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and respond to enquiries through the Services Mailbox, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.Maintain and update a library of response templates to improve efficiency and consistency.Escalate complex issues to relevant team members while safeguarding service quality.Support the onboarding, access management, and account maintenance of users.Provide first-line support for system enquiries, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with stakeholders.Assist with programme reporting, data entry, and analysis to support service performance reviews.Requirements
