Job Scope :

• Oversee daily floor operations
• Lead and support floor staff during service
• Ensure high-quality customer service is maintained at all times
• Handle customer feedback professionally
• Assist with staff training and shift scheduling
• Communicate with kitchen and management for smooth service flow
• Requirements :

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to handle a fast-paced environment
