Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors, and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and adapt to changes in plans or schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control throughout the construction process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Promote a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
