Job descriptionElicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs while considering system limitations and technical constraints. Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing. Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed. Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analyzing information with stakeholders and participating in crafting Functional / Design specifications. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Singaporean only. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields. Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis / developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related. Experience in cloud (Related certification will be an added advantage). Prior experience in programming (Java, Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, etc.) is advantageous. Experience with low code platform , data analytics , cloud , design thinking and service design will be an added advantage. Prior experience in full SDLC / PDLC using Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
