Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or cloud-related projects Proficiency in business process modelling and analysis techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Enquiry & Requirement Handling – Manage and respond to tenant enquiries, clarify requirements, and provide accurate product and service information.
- Briefing & Onboarding – Conduct onboarding briefings for tenants to ensure they understand processes, systems, and services.
- Onboarding Monitoring & Handling – Track onboarding progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration of tenants into our ecosystem.
- Tenant Journey Monitoring – Monitor and assess tenants’ experience to identify areas for improvement.
- User Satisfaction Survey Management – Plan, execute, and analyse user satisfaction surveys to gather actionable insights.
- Tenant Feedback Monitoring & Handling – Collect, review, and address tenant feedback promptly, escalate issues as needed, and implement improvements.
