By applying first-principles thinking, you'll tighten internal controls (credit notes, revenue recognition) and automate routine tasks.

What you'll do

Financial Operations

Handle full-set accounts and complete month-end close.

Manage accounts receivable (student fees, SkillsFuture grants, corporate billings) and accounts payable.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly management accounts, cash-flow forecasts, and variance analyses for the Finance Manager.

Reconcile revenue between our LMS / CRM and accounting system to ensure accuracy.

Process Improvement

Maintain and refine finance SOPs, including a quarterly checklist that prevents slip-ups (e.g., timely credit notes for course withdrawals).

Identify automation opportunities (Xero / QuickBooks integrations, spreadsheet macros) that save time and reduce error.

Stakeholder Support

Respond to departmental budget queries and provide finance insights for new course launches.

Assist HR on payroll inputs and CPF reconciliation as needed.

What we're looking for

Accounting diploma / degree or ACCA; at least

1-2 years

full-set accounting experience in an SME or fast-growth environment.

Solid grasp of Singapore FRS, GST rules, and IRAS regulations.

Proficiency with cloud accounting platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Meticulous, analytical, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.

Genuine interest in education and a passion for helping professionals upskill.
