Finance Executive

Position

Executive, Finance – Singapore (HQ, Ang Mo Kio). This role supports finance functions for R&D Operations and works closely with regional finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports, maintain the general ledger system, taxation, fixed assets and costing functions for R&D Operations.
• Perform and assist in monthly closing, ensuring completion within stipulated timelines.
• Assist in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and monthly cash‑flow projection.
• Conduct credit review and consolidation processes.
• Handle day‑to‑day accounting transactions, including payment processing, billings, etc.
• Liaise with other regional finance teams.
• Provide analysis on financial numbers to facilitate decision‑making.
• Submit quarterly GST returns to the tax authority.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare financial statements and tax computation.
• Assign duties to the Accounts assistant.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
