We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Singapore to recruit an HR Business Partner focused on strategic workforce planning and clinician engagement. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact HR initiatives within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment, supporting the development of medical talent across a multi-institutional network.
Your new role
As the HR Business Partner, you will lead specialist manpower planning efforts, working closely with clinical teams to assess workforce adequacy, map specialty pipelines, and identify areas of instability. You’ll manage the full spectrum of medical specialist resourcing—from interviews to onboarding—and support performance management processes including data analysis, calibration, and promotion reviews.
You will also play a key role in reviewing and shaping medical HR policies to ensure relevance, compliance, and alignment with evolving healthcare trends. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide guidance on HR policies, manpower planning, and regulatory matters, while coaching junior team members to ensure professional and effective service delivery. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring at least 4 years of HR business partnering experience, with a strong foundation in manpower planning and stakeholder engagement.
