Roles & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do :
- Partner with leaders to deliver people solutions that drive operational performance and employee engagement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and technical roles—sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance issues, and team development.
- Support organizational changes, talent reviews, and workforce planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour regulations, and internal procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
What You’ll Bring :
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years' HR generalist or HRBP experience; manufacturing industry strongly preferred.Solid experience in talent acquisition and working with diverse stakeholder groups.Strong knowledge of labour law and HR operations.Agile mindset with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.If you have what it takes, please send your resume to syafiqah@ambition.com.sg or click APPLY NOW.
