Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : Customer Service Associate (ID3535)

Location : Ubi

Working Hours : Mon- Fri 9am-6pm, Alternate Sat 9am-1pm

Salary up to : $2500

Job Description :

Assist customers to submit insurance claims.
Handle customers’ enquiries
Scheduling Appointments for repair / replacement

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level / Higher NITEC in any field.

Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, administration, or related fields

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Team Player

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
