Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on I.T Project Manager to lead and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and digital projects across Southeast Asia. This role goes beyond traditional project execution the successful candidate will play a critical role in both pre-sales planning and post-sales stakeholder management , working closely with account managers, clients, technical teams, and the finance department to ensure project success from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for project scoping, resource planning, financial tracking, stakeholder alignment, and driving execution excellence across cross-functional and regional teams.

To be effective in this role, the candidate should have at least a basic understanding of technical concepts , including APIs, coding practices, and software development lifecycle. Familiarity with infrastructure setup on cloud platforms like AWS is also essential to confidently support discussions with technical stakeholders and ensure smooth project planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Delivery Execution

• Lead full project lifecycle management from initiation through planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Drive project delivery across multiple concurrent IT / digital projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
• Oversee project documentation including requirements, user stories, timelines, change logs, and risk registers using PM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Technical & Professional Skills

Experience using project management tools

Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), Agile, or hybrid methodologies.

Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong stakeholder management, especially across multi-cultural environments.

Nice to Have

Experience working with remote or hybrid development teams.

Background in software development, cloud infrastructure, or IT support services.

PMP Certification , Scrum Certified
