Roles & Responsibilities

Service Crew Captain

Working Hours : 5 Days Work Week ( mon & tuesday off)

Working hours : 10.30am-3pm and 6pm to 10 : 30 pm

Attractive Salary Package : Basic $2800 + shift allowance =$3000 + AWS

Location : Country OR Island club (transport pick up at Thomson & Caldecott mrt)

Responsibilities :

(1) Supervise service personnel ensure meeting of service standards.

(2) Monitor workflow and recommend improvements or increase efficiency.

(3) Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of orders and delivery of food.

(4) Oversee condition of seating premises.

(5) Assist in conducting training for service staff when required to improve service standards.

(6) Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
