Roles & Responsibilities
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team? We're seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing company and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities :
- 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management : Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination to attract and secure top talent.
- 2. Employee Lifecycle Support : Assist with key employee movements—onboarding new hires, facilitating offboarding procedures, and coordinating internal transfers—to ensure seamless transitions.
- 3. HR Compliance & Records : Maintain accurate HR records and employee data; support HR policy implementation and ensure strict adherence to Singapore’s employment regulations (MOM guidelines).
- 4. Culture & Stakeholder Collaboration : Organize employee engagement activities to promote positive corporate culture; collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment updates.
- 5. Ad-Hoc HR Initiatives : Contribute to HR projects (e.g., process optimization, policy reviews) to enhance team productivity and employee experience.
- 1. Data & Financial Coordination : Perform daily data entry and verification; conduct daily bank reconciliations and communicate with internal teams to ensure account accuracy; collaborate with the sales admin assistant to prepare statements.
- 2. Administrative Support : Handle routine office tasks efficiently, including document filing, office supply management, and meeting coordination, to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- 3. Ad-Hoc Administrative Duties : Undertake additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to meet team and company operational needs.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in office administration or a related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilitiesDiploma equivalent and above, or equivalent experience preferredBenefits :
