Job descriptionAt least 12 years of experience in service planning and development, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in healthcare or social care. Proven experience in policy formulation, strategic planning, sector development, or project management within the public sector. Strong written, verbal, and persuasive communication skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with practical implementation experience. Proficient in data analysis and able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with policymakers, healthcare providers, administrators, and researchers to expand and implement the ACP programme.
- Drive the development and execution of the national strategy for palliative care, including pilot programmes, service models, and funding policies.
- Strengthen system infrastructure and enablers to support the palliative care ecosystem in achieving its goals.
- Oversee capability and capacity management within the sector to ensure sustainable service delivery.
- Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and sector research to support service planning and development.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote sector growth, capability building, and public outreach.
