Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily shipyard operations including dry docking, repairs, and construction activities.
• Monitor progress and performance of operations, identifying and resolving delays or inefficiencies.
• Plan and coordinate daily vessel operations
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to align operational activities.
• Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Participate in client meetings, inspections, and audits when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational strategies.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on operational status, including KPIs and resource utilization.
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting and port-related operations.
• Manage logistics, provisions, and stores in coordination with relevant departments.
