We are a reputable and growing organization in the F&B, committed to excellence and operational efficiency. To support our expanding business operations, we are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Administration Manager to lead and oversee all administrative functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop, review, and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and supervise the administration team, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee office management, procurement, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with senior management on business support functions and operational requirements.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Minimum 6 years of proven experience in administration or operations management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with administrative systems / software.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
