Logistics Coordinator (1-Year Renewable Contract)

Location : Ang Mo Kio / Changi North

Schedule : Mon–Fri, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM | Sat, 8 : 30 AM – 12 : 30 PM

Salary : $2,000 – $2,300 / month

Benefits : 14 days annual leave, contract renewal opportunity

We’re looking for a dependable Order & Logistics Coordinator to be the key link between our customers, warehouse team, and freight partners. If you enjoy structured work, pay attention to the small details, and like seeing tasks through from start to finish, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process and track customer orders via email or EDI
• Update and manage records in SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems
• Generate pick slips and coordinate with warehouse staff
• Arrange delivery bookings and prepare shipment documents (AWB, invoices, permits)
• Review shipping details carefully to avoid errors or delays
• Communicate clearly with customers, freight partners, and internal teams
• Keep accurate records and audit-ready reports
