Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support through phone and email communication.
- Prepare shipping and import / export documents in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and issue invoices upon shipment closure.
- Monitor shipment clearance and delivery to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound activities meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate warehouse activities in collaboration with the supervisor.
- Work closely with other departments to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping precise records and reporting any discrepancies.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties to uphold workplace cleanliness and organization.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards.
Requirements
GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of working experience in logistics or customer service roles is preferredBasic knowledge of import / export documentation and warehouse operations preferredWe regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
