Financial Controller (Chemical / East / 12k / 5 days) - RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial reporting and accounting operations
• Ensure the timely completion of management and statutory financial reporting,
• Oversee cash flow planning and handle all bank-related matters
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting exercises to ensure accurate and reliable financial projections
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, regulatory requirements and transfer pricing requirements.
• Work closely with the Group Finance Director and, when required, the shareholders.
• Overseas finance / accounting teams and work closely with regional to ensure consistency in reporting, group consolidation, and compliance
• Manage annual insurance renewals and oversee coverage for various risks
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents
• Mentor and guide the finance team to enhance functional depth and reporting accuracy.
• Handle payrolls, administrative and IT matters
• Handle ad-hoc finance duties as required by the business
• Strengthening internal controls, accounting policies, and risk management processes.
