What You’ll Do

Source & Engage Talent :

Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.

Strategic Matchmaking :

Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the perfect fit between clients and candidates.

Client Partnership :

Work closely with companies to understand their culture and hiring needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Negotiate & Close :

Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding for successful placements.

Who You Are

Experienced Recruiter :

2–5+ years in recruitment or agency staffing, with a strong track record of success.

CEI Certified :

Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (mandatory).

Relationship Builder :

Excellent communicator who builds trust with clients and candidates.

Self-Motivated & Ambitious :
