Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and determine their equipment needs.
• Prepare proposals including equipment selection, spare parts, costing, and pricing.
• Follow up with customers via calls and emails on quotations and technical clarifications.
• Serve as main contact for technical and commercial matters with customers, resellers, and agents.
• Support sales tracking, reporting, and monthly quote analysis.
• Review contracts and ensure orders meet customer specifications.
• Coordinate with order administration for procurement, shipment, and delivery updates.
• Provide product and application training to customers (training provided).
